The website is owned and operated by Elegant hippie Ltd and offers visitors the ability to learn about the products we offer and purchase these items.

Using our website does not grant you any rights in relation to our intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, trade marks, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and text.

You may not copy, download, republish in any way the services, webpages or material on the website.

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for information only. We have no control over the contents of the links and accept no responsibility for their content, loss or any damage that may arise from using them.

We do not accept liability for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the use of our website. We do not guarantee or warrant that any content available for downloading from our website will be free from infection, viruses and/ or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are respsonsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks to satisfy your particular requirements.

When purchasing an item, you are agreeing that; you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy and you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services/ for our products are listed on the website, or, can be obtained via a quotation request. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We will notify you if we do not accept your order. This may be, for example, because the products have become unavailable.

We will confirm receipt of your order and payment by electronic means to the address supplied to us by yourself when ordering.

It is assumed that all details given during the purchasing process are correct and the credit/ debit card/ electronic cash is owned by yourself and has sufficient funds, or, credit to allow for the purchasing of the products ordered.

You do not acquire the right to use the trademark name of Elegant Hippie when purchasing any of our products. Unauthorised use of our name for distribution or resale of our products its strictly prohibited.

 

The price of our products, including VAT and delivery charges are shown on the website. Local import taxes and duties are your responsibility to pay.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently, or, temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or, for no reason.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return the item along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date that you receive the product. The item must be unused and in its original condition for a refund to be given. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and the following products are not eligible for return:

Products that have been personalised.

Products that were sealed for health protection and these have been unsealed after they were received.

We pay for the return postage from any UK address by Royal Mail. You are responsible for the cost of return postage outside the UK. We will reimburse the purchase price for the returned product/ products no later than 14 days after the day it is received. We are not responsible for any taxies, import duties, or, additional delivery charges from outside the UK.

We may collect information about your computer by using a cookie file. This is statistical information about our users browsing action and patterns. It does not identify any individual.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, or any other contact form information you may have provided us with. If you do not want to receive such promotional material please notify us by email.

This website is owned and operated in the UK. The law of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, or, dispute arising from, or, related to a visit from our website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion.

If any provision of these terms is found by a court or regulator to be unlawful, or, invalid the other provision shall continue to apply.

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
